DFSee bootable CDROM

Welcome to the bootable CD for DFSee

This CD contains all versions (DOS, WIN, OS/2, Linux, MAC) for DFSee in separate subdirectories on the CD. There is also a DOC directory containing documentation files common to all versions.

The complete package is also contained in the zipfile DFSEE_INSTALL.ZIP in the root of the CD.

For OS2/ArcaOS/eCS you can als use the WARPIN installer (4 Mb EXE, OS2 only!)

This contains all OS2 related stuff, the documentation and the executable to create a FreeDOS bootable diskette with DFSDOS on it.

The Warpin installer will install the files in a specified directory, and create a nice DFSee folder on your desktop with the program and documentation objects inside. It can be moved anywhere you like after installation.

For Windows-2000, XP, Vista, Windows-7/8/10 a similar installer is available as Windows MSI installer (2.7 Mb, W2K or XP only!)

It uses the standard installer that comes with Windows-2000, and requires you to be an ADMINISTRATOR to install and use DFSee! The archive contains all Windows related stuff, the documentation and the executable to create a FreeDOS bootable diskette with DFSDOS on it.

Just download the MSI file, open the download folder with Explorer and double-click the archive ...

The MSI installer will install the files in a specified directory, and create a DFSee folder in your startup menu with the program and documentation objects inside.

When booting from the CD directly, the DFSDOS.EXE program will be run so you can experiment and test DFSee without installing anything on your harddisk.
